Approach to work
My approach is pragmatic and built for real conditions: limited user access, incomplete data, and non-linear behavior
I clarify who owns the initiative, makes decisions, and what success looks like
Map representative tasks, walk through them, and validate with users to understand the problem
Capture how people reach the goal in different ways, marking pain points and success moments
Use rough wireframes and prototypes to validate assumptions early, before polish
Define key states, roles/permissions, edge cases, and feasibility, with handoff specs engineers can trust
Review implementation for visual and behavioral correctness, then iterate based on feedback
